What is the appointment check for? How does the billing of the appointments work?

Billing takes place after the appointment, via the appointment check.
By linking the services within the appointment type, OptiOffice can bill the service accordingly after the appointment check has been carried out.

If the customer has a corresponding package (e.g. 10 card) or a membership that includes this service, one unit is automatically deducted from the allotment.
If the customer does not have a valid allotment, an invoice will be created automatically.
