How can I delete an employee?

Because a wide variety of data is permanently linked to an employee, it is unfortunately not possible to delete employees (also for tax reasons).
An employee can, however, be set to "inactive".

You can do this directly with the employee under the menu item "Access". With "Access Active" you simply have to set the button to "No". If the employee is "inactive", he no longer has access to the program and your license bill will also be reduced by €5.

Please note that you can no longer set the employee back to "active" yourself after this change. We from the support team have to do that because every change in the number of employees has to do with our billing.
