Product is not transferred to the shopping cart. What could that be?

If products cannot be added to the shopping cart, there may be several reasons.

The iframe code was not pasted properly (solution -> copy and paste the iframe code again).

2. A modular system is used for the website, which Iframe cannot handle. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that. (Solution -> do not install the shop as an iframe in the website, but simply link the online shop)

3. The browser authorization for iframes is restricted for security reasons and can no longer use sessions within an iframe. (Solution -> do not install the shop as an iframe in the website, but simply link the online shop)

Basically, it is safest if the shop is NOT embedded with the iframe code, but via a menu with the direct link is linked. The customer then accesses your OptiOffice shop via the link.
