How does the data import work?

In the Office -> Settings -> Data import area, we have prepared an import template (csv file) for you.

Wenn du diese Vorlage nutzt, dürfte beim Import nichts schief gehen. Von den meisten Softwaresystemen bekommt man in einer Excel-Datei die wichtigsten Stammdaten exportiert. Von der Exportdatei kopierst du dann die jeweiligen Spalten direkt in die vorgesehen Spalten unserer Vorlage. Dabei lässt du bitte ganz oben die Titeln der Spalte unverändert.

A sample man has already been created to serve as an example / orientation. Just leave the Mustermann in the file. You copy your data directly below the example.
When all existing data have been inserted, please save the template as a csv file. Simply leave columns that cannot be filled with data empty.

After, upload the finished import file in the Office -> Settings -> Data import area.
