How can I use different text templates for my invoices?

You have the option of specifying customized texts for your invoices. You can then use these individually in your invoices.
You can create additional text templates in Office -> Settings -> Text templates -> "Text templates for invoices".

If you then create an invoice, you can then use it individually for different occasions.

In addition, you can adapt or add texts for many areas in this area. e.g. appointment confirmation text, reminders, general terms and conditions etc..
