Do I need a separate license for each employee?

You can also use a shared access with all employees. So you can save the 5 € extra costs per employee if you want.

However, we do not recommend this approach. With the addition of employees, further helpful functions for administration are added (e.g. their own calendar for the employee, their own column in the personnel plan, individual authorizations, time sheets, personnel planning, shift planning, statistics, and much more).

Even if you want to work in compliance with GDPR, your employees should use their own login.
