How can I add another employee?

You do this in the area PERSONS -> Employees -> "Add employee"
Under the menu item "Access" you assign a password and the authorizations.

In the calendar you then get the menu item “Personnel plan” and can distribute resources and appointments, among other things.

The addition of a new employee increases the OptiOffice license fee by € 5 net per month.
