I have changed the authorization of my trainers. Why doesn't it change anything?

The authorization of the employees can be changed under People -> Employee -> Name -> "Access".
If you make changes to the authorization, these will take effect the next time you log in. The employee has to log out once and log back in to OptiOffice.
