Why are my emails not being sent?

Your e-mail does not work and after entering the SMTP data in OptiOffice you will receive an error message.

Then please try the following:

  • Please take a look at the possibilities and try it out.

 

  • It would also be good to know whether Google Workspace allows emails to be sent via other apps / software. That should be in the terms and conditions of your contract. There are always providers who do not support this.
  • Do you have the possibility to send the mails from OptiOffice over another free provider (GMX, Strato, etc ..)? In principle, OptiOffice is only an "intermediate point". As soon as the data from your provider is stored with us and the settings from the provider match, the dispatch works immediately.
