When will the appointment reminder be sent to customers?

If you activated the button behind the participant when entering an appointment, the customer will receive an appointment confirmation directly by email. The reminder is activated using the Reminder button below the contacts.

The appointment reminder will be sent to the customer according to your saved appointment type settings. There you have the option to activate up to two reminders. Simply make the desired selection for each appointment type:
