Which data can I export or download from OptiOffice?

Data backup

 

You can export or download the following data from OptiOffice.

People -> Contacts
Click the button: "Export all" (this includes -> customer number, salutation, title, first name, last name, company name, birthday, mobile phone, phone, business phone, e-mail, additional address, street, postcode, city, life partner, children, contact group, contact status, bank, account holder, IBAN, BIC, comment, membership name, contract duration, time unit, first contribution, subsequent contribution, discount in %, payment method, direct debit for, direct debit mandate, mandate date, start of contract, end of contract, receipt of contract, next due date, used up to now units, card number, balance)

Invoices
You can select “Export” (csv file, no PDF) using the serial function. You can also download invoices in PDF format. To do this, the "PDF" button must be clicked for each invoice.

Cashbox
You can download all entries in the cash book (in a CSV file) with one click using the "Export" button.

Coaching
Training plans, nutrition plans and check-ups can be downloaded separately as PDFs using the "PDF" button.

NISV documentation
This can be downloaded for each customer using the "Export" button. To do this, go to the contact and select the menu item "EMS".

Appointments
You can download a list of appointments from the calendar. To do this, click on "List" -> "Print day / Print week / Print month". The print window opens. In this you set "save as PDF".

Customer appointments
You can export all customer appointments. To do this, go to the customer and click on the menu item “Appointments”. Set the filters to “empty” and click “Print”. The print window opens. In this you set "save as PDF".

Employees appointments
You can export appointments per employee. To do this, go to the employee and click on the menu item “Appointments”. Set the filters to “empty” and click on “Export”.

Working hours
You can download the working hours for each employee. To do this, go to the employee. Select the menu item "Working hours". Set the filter to “empty” and click on the “Timesheet” button. The print window opens. In this you set "save as PDF".

Customer history
You can download the entire history for each customer. To do this, go to the contact and select the menu item "History". Set the filters to “empty” and click the “Print” button. The print window opens. In this you set "save as PDF".

Studio settings
You can export your studio settings from OptiOffice. Afterwards you can import these into your additional or new OptiOffice account. For example, if you open a second location.

You can select the following settings for the export:
