How can I send access data for the app and customer center to customers?

Customers can access various data / functions either via the app or the customer center.

You can send the access data for the customer within the customer file. Customers will also receive an e-mail with information on where they can download the app. The prerequisite is that the customer has an e-mail address.

In the area “People” -> Contacts -> click on a customer -> under the contact details, scroll down a bit and click under General -> App Password -> E-Mail (button).

The second possibility would be via the series function.
Persons -> Contacts -> Mark the desired customers in the contact list with a tick -> Open the drop-down of the series function -> Send the app password by email
