Whether for trade or service - the KassenSichV includes, in addition to the obligation to issue receipts and cash register reporting, from now on also the regulation for equipping cash register systems with a technical security device (TSE).
The TSE must be activated in all new or retrofittable POS systems by March 31, 2021 at the latest. Anyone with Cash works is obliged to comply with this regulation.
